Alexis owns delivery. He's the one keeping scope, timelines, and communication tight so work moves predictably across our LATAM and US team. Before Helium, he managed projects across fintech, web development, and enterprise digitalization. He's the founder clients talk to when they need a straight answer and a plan that holds. His edge: turning ambiguous briefs into a roadmap nobody has to chase.
Douglas leads data and web. He directs the team responsible for backend architecture and the data layer beneath it, the systems that make a product work at scale. He built his foundation through many years working across AI automation, cloud infrastructure, and healthcare data systems. He sets the technical direction and holds the bar for quality. His edge: web builds that stay fast and maintainable long after launch.
Santiago leads mobile and experience. He heads the team shaping how a product looks, feels, and moves. From UX/UI design through to shipped mobile apps. He brings ample experience in iOS engineering in Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit. He owns the standard for how Helium work feels in the user's hands. His edge: interfaces people find intuitive on the first tap.
