Miami's high-end detail market is run almost entirely through phone calls, DMs and word-of-mouth. A customer with a $90,000 car and a 2 PM meeting can't see when a detailer will arrive, can't tap to pay, and has no record of when their ceramic coating was last reapplied. Sheen's founders had a five-van fleet, a six-month waitlist, and a spreadsheet that was already breaking. They needed a product that matched the service: certified, on-demand, and obvious.

Helium designed Sheen from sticker to ship: a wordmark and dark editorial palette built for Miami's premium clientele, a marketing site that converts on the first scroll, and a native iOS app that turns the entire detail — browse, schedule, pay, track, repeat — into a 60-second flow. Every booking saves to the customer's vehicle record, so the app knows when their last ceramic coating was applied and surfaces the next one before they think to ask. Card-on-file payment and a Sheen+ membership tier let customers prepay annual care and unlock 15% off every visit. The first private cohort booked 312 details in their first six weeks.
